  2. Receive Return Authorization: You will receive a return authorization (RA) number via email, along with instructions for returning your item.
  3. Package Your Return: Securely package the item, including all original packaging and documentation. Clearly write your RA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the item back to us at the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the return is due to our error.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges
